Don't give dogs chocolate, it is toxic to them.

So even though the dog likes chocolate you would not give it to them because you love them and do not want them injured.
Would you give a 1 year child a can of cola, a bar of chocolate, or similar. NO, why, because you love them, and you do not wish to harm them.
So what about yourself, do you love and value you? Do you protect and guard yourself?

A dog owner could answer but my dog likes chocolate….
As a responsible caring dog owner, you will guard and protect the pet from even itself. You would not leave chocolates where the dog could reach them.

What matters in your life are causing your harm? What you eat or drink, being sedentary, what you are watching or listening to, what you are saying to yourself. Are you making excuses "But I like it". We love ourselves by what we protect ourselves from.
