I know how to fix the drug problem overnight!
Legalise all drugs!
Not only legalise all drugs but give them FREE at clinics to registered users. (No red tape to register basically just a consent form and maybe a 30 minute counseling session on your first visit) Access to counselors.
Does not mean you can go to work or drive a car while under the influence of drugs all the same rules would apply. Just takes the criminal element out of the game. Crime to feed a habit would drop right off. And maybe like when cb radios got legalised demand might drop off too. The only reason I can see for it not to work is there is too much money to be made out of illegal drugs by some very high up people?
