The tribunals that are to come will irrevocably change this world forever and will deter anyone from allowing these things to ever happen again on this planet.
News today of more expansion of GITMO as well even at the request of Biden to try and get it shut down just like Obama did. It once had 700 prisoners at its height and now it only has around 37 I believe, why would you expand it with court rooms and classified rooms if your prisoner count was deteriorating?
