Amazes me why is no one asking for concrete evidence that humans affect climate change through every day activities, as well as concrete evidence that Americans are the problem while ignoring China and India's actions.
I'd also like to know where climate is listed in the Constitution as a responsibility of the federal gov't.
The claim “necessary or appropriate in the public interest, or for the protection of investors, or to promote fair dealing in securities.” is awful vague.
What protection of investors? Their bottom line, environment be damned? We know people and the environment has been damaged for centuries by investors and protected by the politicians every step of the way in exchange for donations by the investors.
What is considered "necessary or appropriate in the public interest"? Jobs, even if it means damaging the health of the workers?
I am so sick of the vague language in everything they do that can be manipulated at any given time to best benefit the politicians, even if it is completely contrary to what they used it for the previous year.
