Booster shot??????? Cap still on needle and why is the nurse ungloved while injecting someone. why would she be holding the needle/ covering up the cap is still on the needle??????????

Yes Its definitely an interesting injection, I’ve never seen anyone administer a shot like that, you know if that was any random person they would be asking for clearer pictures to show they had the shot.
