Over the last 20 years, I have been sharing the art of Adara Meditation, which is a wholistic approach to the practice of meditation and mindfulness.
I have now condensed all the study and research I have done since 1983 into these two books:

NB: Both books are only available as eBooks.
I am currently looking into a print run and/or a print-on-demand option.
I did originally plan to release both books at the same time, but as usual, I was flooded with new inspirations, which meant I had to add extra content and develop new material for the new projects coming soon.
