Other rights and freedoms not affected
An existing right or freedom shall not be held to be abrogated or restricted by reason only that the right or freedom is not included in this Bill of Rights or is included only in part.

(In laymans terms, your rights are God given and reserved for you to defend and doesnt become void just because it isnt written in the bill of rights)
This means we still have gun rights in NZ, the problem is that too many have given consent to this Govt to breach it and for you to let them make it void by your own consent.
