The only evidence for the existence of extracellular vesicles is from electron micrographs, the rest is conjecture.Exosomes are needed to support lots of fancy & expensive research into endless amounts drugs & gene therapies currently in development. This is one the reasons the 'censored' docs like McCullough are so prominent in the counter-narrative. First they act as gatekeepers whether they know this or not & second they push the idea that mRNA technology works & people are injured by the 'spike proteins' & not the toxic adujvants & other ****e in the injections.
