Some corrections from someone in the state of Victoria, Australia. Dan Andrews is the Premier of Victoria, one of the six states and two territories of Australia. He is not the Prime Minister of Australia). Yes, an amendment has passed the second of three readings and is likely to be fully passed in the next couple of weeks. Growing of your own food is not specifically banned, but the bill allows for such interpretation, and practice, if there arises some reason to do so.
