I am going to stand at my local polling booth on the 21 st and hand out pens so people can mark their ballot in pen, not pencil. Which can be easily altered to suit an agenda.
I expect there to be a propaganda campaign by the government to say using a pen will make your vote invalid just watch. Which will only prove my theory right. I call this group PENPALS. Anyone can join and do the same thing.
