Especially in relation to body and bodily processes, meditation makes us aware that nothing stands still, but that everything is constantly in motion and flowing. “Meditation in motion is an ancient meditative exercise system created by Nokodemion for the purpose of releasing physical, mental and conscious conflicts and tensions through 13 specific meditative forms of body movement. The meditation exercise consists of a slow, relaxed, flowing, gentle and soft sequence of movements. In the middle – “The Chinese yin-yang symbol is intended to illustrate the universal basic principle of polarity, whereby the principle Yin represents the feminine (black) and Yang the masculine (white). Of course, the two terms have nothing to do with good or bad qualities.” – Diversity by Guido Moosbrugger, page 250

On the right – The spirit-teaching symbol, “Negative-Positive”, expresses negative and positive in a very clear way.

“Henok and Henoch taught this method of meditation to their people in ancient times, including those who were resident beyond the Central Sun and whose later descendants came to earth and founded the Chinese people. Their descendants, in turn, cultivated ‘meditation in motion’ on earth and further reduced it in the sense that the simple negative and positive energies of consciousness and body and their writings were turned into a coordination of consciousness and the gathering of the mind, breathing and movement, which is the interplay of the polar cosmic forces yin and yang and harmonising them.
