Before starting the study of the " prophecies and predictions part in the " Billy Meier case, it is important to address some basic conditions concerning the possibility of predictions. Since a prediction by definition must be 100% certain to come true, it requires that at least certain aspects of the future are already known when the prediction is made or elaborated.
