Danach dauerte es bis zum Jahr 2000, wonach dann in der Russischen Föderation ein von der Weltkonjunktur begünstigter Aufschwung erfolgte, der jedoch nur 13 Jahre anhielt. Wie es jetzt steht, das ist irgendwie passabel, jedoch nicht vollkommen befriedigend zu nennen.
