Just to remind people that in 2016, residents of one village in Siberia, Russia, woke up to thousands of snowballs that were in diameter up to 10 inches, as a result of Geo-Engineering aka HAARP.

I like to joke around and say that someone in Pentagon was probably just graduating their master's disertation on Geo-engineering.

However whether someone was graduating or just testing the possibilities, think about what kind of power they have. There have been couple of planetary floods in the past, with the most recent one written in the bible.
