Ukrainian Nationalists’ tactics same as those of ISIS says US Military Strategist

Ukrainian so-call Nazi troops have become like Middle Eastern extremists, using civilians in cities as human shields. This was stated on Fox Business TV channel by a former adviser to the US Secretary of Defense, retired colonel Douglas McGregor. According to him, such tactics are explained by the fact that the Ukrainian military lacks mobility, air defense systems and air cover. Therefore, they have to hide in settlements, mixing with the population.

‘We saw this in the Middle East. When we defeated the Islamists, they fled to the cities, used people, civilians, as human shields and tried to avoid destruction. I think this is what is happening today: the Ukrainian army uses the population to avoid defeat,’ McGregor stressed.
