Tegen de nadrukkelijke wens van de Tweede Kamer in lijkt het kabinet in Brussel toch te onderhandelen over een Europees coronabewijs. Dat blijkt uit Kamervragen van een flink aantal partijen aan minister Kuipers (Volksgezondheid).
