Here it is, courtesy of my Facebook friend Michelle Stubbs, who jumped into and found her way back out of the information rabbit hole. 3: Type ‘COVID' into the 1. Select Medicines box
4: Wait for OPTIONS then select ALL options.
5: In the 2. Select date range box choose From: 1 January 2021 and To: 19 February 2022
6: Press Search

When the data appears scroll down a little, click on ‘Sort by:' and select: MedDRA system organ class A-Z. Move through the data until you reach ‘Cardiac disorders.’
