Willem Engel arrested for 'months of incitement'

This morning the Virus Truth frontman Willem Engel was arrested in the presence of his girlfriend Dorien. He was walking through the neighborhood when two officers arrested him for no apparent reason. “Calm down, what is this?” Angel asks. “Listen, you have been arrested for sedition” is the “reason” given by the male officer without further explanation.
“Why does it have to be this way?” we hear his girlfriend ask. “Sit right away,” the female officer now says.
It turns out to be a 'month-long incitement'. It is unclear why Engel is being arrested now, and not before. Why he's being arrested at all is an even better question. Laws nowadays seem interpretable, and therefore subjective. What exactly is sedition, and when does something fit this description? What exactly did Engel do or say that goes under the "sedition" law? These are questions that we may never get an answer to. See the video below showing the arrest.
