social media on the phone: never - uninstall all the apps. Only use the computer at work during breaks (or at home while the fake news or masterchef is on).

you've all forgotten how relaxing weekends are without a phone.

It was meant to be a day for families to show their appreciation of the hard work good mothers put into raising their families. Money should never have been involved but that's what greedy businesses do anyway.
