22 vacationers collapse and die on Italian beaches in three-day period.

Alarming reports emerging from Italy suggest beachgoers and holidaymakers are dropping dead in an unprecedented wave of tragedies to strike the country this month.

In just three days in July 2022, 22 vacationers collapsed and died on Italian beaches and rivers. The age of the deceased ranged from just 22 through to 87 years. Eleven of the deceased were aged under 60 years.
