Civil War in the West?
No. It's a war:
In the Name of the US dollar.
There is certainly that dimension, of a war by the oligarchy against everyone else being played out in Ukraine.
But it is much simpler than that. This war is an attempt by US neocons to save the US dollar as world reserve currency. In order to do so the neocons want to attack its main competitor. Its main competitor is the Euro.
Therefore a war at the edge of the Eurozone, which affects the perceived stability of the EU, and ideally for the neocons extends to a Europe wide war, is the reason why this war was being planned for decades if not longer.
It is first and foremost a currency war waged on behalf of the US dollar against the Euro. All other considerations are secondary.
