What can you change?
You can only change that which you acknowledge. A person who has a problem with substance abuse such as alcohol can only start the road to recovery with the words. I have a problem with alcohol.
What are you avoid acknowledging. Be it something you do or in many cases you do not do.
I have a problem with drugs, alcohol, sugar, electronic devices, not exercising, not praying , not meditating,
The second step to change is acknowledging that "I need help''. If I could have done this on my own I would have done it.

Get help, be that counseling, an accountability buddy, a coach.

Do you want change?
I need change in several areas, that I know will improve my life, I so often do what I want, not what I need. However, if I do what I need to do, I will have what I want.
I want to be physically fit. In order to have this ''want", I need to exercise.
Where do you need change, do you want change?
What are you going to do to get started.
