Paul Burton recently represented many families and children that are in horrific situations in appeals court. Three men delivered the research that they have collated from hundreds of families about the damage being caused by laws that actually prevent parents speaking out publicly or challenging the decisions of the state to remove their own children.
These laws instead of protecting children, protect the state from any accountability and also protect abusers from being identified or charged.
This is a landmark case challenging the decisions of family and children’s court that continues to destroy the family unit and innocent young lives. It is now on court record that these brave men called out these courts as being criminal.
