Gday everyone,
My employer just suspended 6 people because they chose not to disclose/get a medical procedure. I will be suspended in January. If I have 420hr Long service leave and 200hrs Annual leave, can they lawfully stop me from taking it because they want to suspend me? I cant find this answer anywhere.

I have been on Fair Work and my understanding from their is they should issue you a letter stating you are stood down and the reasons. Also you can only been stood down if you can not ‘usefully’ be employed
If you look on the web at Great Australian Party or Australian National Review or Facebook page De Cline they all have documents you can send to your employer
Good Luck
