The energy that it takes to get offended and upset by every little thing we see, hear or do in life could be used to work on ourselves.
If we only had the mind to work on ourselves as individuals we would not need to feel so insecure and get triggered by words and actions of others that do not concern us,
we would simply be free to put that energy into ourselves to grow as human beings.
If we simple change the angle of the way we view life we can move forward and become at peace within ourselves.
Inward peace = outward peace, inward anger, hate, anger and frustration = outward manifestation of anger, hate, malice and frustration.
It's an easy equation, but most fail to recognize that it starts with accountability to self.
If we are accountable to our self and we own our own inner clutter, the garbage of the mind, we become accountable to those around us.
