The clean and jerk with slow-motion. Double kettlebell. Some people will tell you that this is bad form. Granted, it's not the greatest as it's been a long time and I'm still battling with my car accident injury. But that's beside the point, the point is that a large group of people still think that a pendulum swing/clean is bad form. You ask them why, and they can't tell you, all they know is that it doesn't look like what they know, which is probably Hardstyle/hip hinge swing. The sad thing is that they won't even engage with you, it's just a "bad form" and that's it. Always keep an open mind. That's what all our teaching at Cavemantraining is about. Learn each and every technique/variation out there, know what they are for, and use what works for you at any given moment in time. Try not to put anything down. Especially not when you don't know anything about it.
