As already mentioned, everything in nature happens easily and automatically. We also walk, eat, speak, etc. without thinking about the individual movements of our muscles, let alone trying to control them.

The human being does not have a single phase of a movement in his material consciousness, but simply only the idea of what he wants to do or what he is doing. And this idea is realised, sets every single muscle in motion and ensures that everything is in an absolutely logical, appropriate order and pauses. This means nothing other than that the human being consciously builds up an idea and that this idea is then unconsciously executed.

Wie bereits erwähnt, geht in der Natur alles leicht und automatisch vor sich. Auch wir gehen, essen, sprechen usw., ohne über die einzelnen Bewegungen unserer Muskeln nachzudenken, geschweige denn zu versuchen, sie steuern zu wollen.

Nicht eine einzelne Phase einer Bewegung hat der Mensch in seinem materiellen Bewusstsein, sondern ganz einfach nur die Idee dessen, was er tun will oder dessen, was er tut. Und diese Idee verwirklicht sich, bringt jeden einzelnen Muskel in Bewegung und sorgt dafür, dass alles eine absolut logische, zweckmässige Reihenfolge aufweist und innehält. Das heisst nichts anderes, als dass der Mensch bewusst eine Idee aufbaut und dass dann diese Idee unbewusst ausgeführt wird.
