This requires attention and conscious will in order to go inward into the world of his thoughts and feelings, to perceive, clarify and understand them individually. Man never has two thoughts or two feelings at the same time, but only one thought and a feeling resulting from it, so he can learn to isolate, perceive, fathom and understand them in order to handle and evaluate them correctly. This is also the case when there are perhaps two or three ideas in the foreground that may interest him, but if he isolates the fixed thought and its feeling, then he will only find interest in that and occupy himself exclusively with it. And to grasp a present thought and its feeling, all you need to do is sit down, rest, close your eyes, breathe calmly, and direct your attention inward to your thought and its feeling.
