When a person is unhappy and dissatisfied, this state arises from their thoughts and feelings, and their feelings fundamentally arise from their thoughts. On the one hand, this happens consciously, as they clearly perceive which feelings result from their thoughts, but on the other hand, feelings also arise that arise from unconscious (not subconscious) thoughts that they nurture and care for and of which they are not aware. And if a person nurtures unconscious thoughts, the result is that feelings arise within them that they cannot classify anywhere and so, on the one hand, do not understand, and on the other hand, they are unable to control. Consequently, they confuse them and also place a heavy psychological burden on them, making them unhappy, dissatisfied and depressed if they are unable to control them.
It is therefore of urgent necessity that he should strive, on the one hand, to control his conscious thoughts and feelings, and, on the other hand, to explore and understand his unconscious feelings, which arise from unconscious thoughts.
