In the name of the truth of the
laws and recommendations
of the primal power (Creation)

118) And the teaching of the true prophets is the teaching of the truth, the teaching of the spirit, the teaching of the life, originating out of the laws and recommendations of the Creation and of the appearance (nature) created by it, and it is overabundant in boons (prosperousness/fullness/fruitfulness, etc.) as a guideline (signposting/leading thought) for all peoples.

118) Und die Lehre der wahrlichen Propheten ist die Lehre der Wahrheit, die Lehre des Geistes, die Lehre des Lebens, hervorgehend aus den Gesetzen und Geboten der Erbauenden (Schöpfung) und des von ihr erschaffenen Aussehens (Natur), und sie ist überreich an Segen (Gedeihen/Fülle/ Fruchtbarkeit usw.) als Richtschnur (Wegweisung/Leitgedanke) für alle Völker.
