Und da die Menschen der Erde so unbedacht sind, ihre Wohnstätten, Atomkraftwerke und viele andere Gebäulichkeiten in die Nähe von Meeres-, See- und Flussufern anstatt mindestens auf einer Höhe von 70 Metern über Meer zu errichten und zu betreiben, sowie in von Erdbeben und Überschwemmungen gefährdeten Gebieten, so ist es unausweichlich, dass die Wohnstätten, Fabriken und Atomkraftwerke usw. in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, beschädigt oder gar zerstört werden. Dabei besteht bei solchen AKWs schon die Gefahr, dass durch Fehlschaltungen oder durch irgendwelche Einflüsse anderer Art ein GAU oder Super-GAU ausgelöst werden kann, wie sich das in Tschernobyl und nunmehr auch in Japan bewiesen hat.
