In order to live through sorrow and form sorrow, as well as to control sorrow and end sorrow, it is necessary to draw on and use helpful processes from creative areas, in which – depending on the human being and according to his/her thoughts, feelings and interests – there are many different creative processes through which an overcoming of the sorrow can take place. And in fact there are as many possibilities as there are individual personalities, who have their own character traits and their own wishes, as well as their own attitudes, and also their own views and their own hopes, and so on. The initial dealing with the thoughts and feelings that overwhelmingly take possession of the human being during sorrow must be paid attention to and expressed as precisely as possible.

Um Trauer zu durchleben und Trauer zu gestalten sowie Trauer zu beherrschen und Trauer zu beenden bedarf es dessen, dass hilfreiche Vorgänge aus kreativen Bereichen herangezogen und genutzt werden, wobei es – je nach Mensch und gemäss seinen Gedanken, Gefühlen und Interessen vielerlei kreative Vorgänge gibt, durch die eine Bewältigung der Trauer stattfinden kann. Und tatsächlich sind der Möglichkeiten so viele, wie es einzelne Persönlichkeiten gibt, die eigene Charakterbilder und eigene Wünsche sowie eigene Einstellungen wie auch eigene Ansichten und eigene Hoffnungen usw. haben. Der erste Umgang mit Gedanken und Gefühlen, die bei Trauer überwältigend vom Menschen Besitz ergreifen, muss so genau wie möglich beachtet und zum Ausdruck gebracht werden.
