For those of you too lazy to do any research here are two questions and answers that says everything
Q1. What size particles does the average face mask alow through the mask
A1 20 microns
Q2 What size is the average virus?
A2 .135 microns
There you go that save you a lot of research.
Attached picture is of my Mosquito mask built to the same specs as paper masks for stopping a virus. I think the picture says it all!
