A 35 year punk criminal attacked a 51 year bodega clerk because he refused to give the punk's girlfriend the chips she didn't have the money to pay for them.
In self-defense, the bodega clerk grabbed a knife to defend himself and stabbed the punk, who later died in the hospital.
The NY DA threw the bodega clerk in jail... GoFundMe closed the bodega clerk's fundraising page.
