A fact that people often forget, way back in August 2018 when Q was warning of the coming riots that would be staged using Antifa, he specifically referenced this clip from the movie "The Sum of All Fears" in which fascism is compared to a "virus" with the very memorable tagline:
"This virus is airborne."
I'm sure it's just a coincidence.
