"Rare" - its like the third time this year (4 months) that the east coast of Australia has had record breaking stupendous rain fall and I have no doubt its cloud seeding, which has been ramped up world wide over the last couple of years. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/ne....ws/article-10784707/
