I am a retired water bailiff, who enjoyed his occupation supplying irrigation services to the once great farming community of Victoria. I sadly had to retire because I was unable to follow the draconian practises which I saw would eventually destroy agriculture in our State. I could never have guessed that it would be so devastating.
