My advice to Dan Andrews is to quit politics, change his name and get into the movies where his power fantasies are less harmful to others. Bush and cocaine- joking) - whatever that object is, they typically show incredible passion/devotion towards it, a level matched by very few other days. The good part is it gives them incredible energy to move mountains, make things happen, but the negative is the feeling can be so strong that they will compromise themselves (Dan Andrews), compromise their morals (Dan Andrews) or compromise others (Dan Andrews) as they rush headlong towards the object of desire. Dan Andrew's power thrill was not just locking Victorians down big time, but manipulating them so that they wanted to be.

So his weakness linked to this is impatience in wanting to get what he wants and the results he wants as soon as possible.
Mistakes have been made. Allegations are now against him that he engaged in getting Electoral Office staff to campaign for the labor party in the 2014 State election, allegedly saying to a colleague at the time, "Well do you want to win or what?"

So I repeat my advice to Dan Andrews: Quit politics, change your name and get into the movies. There have been some really good roles throughout the years for dislikeable prison wardens. Sylvester Stallone (July 6th) has proven that this desire can be channeled constructively (i.e. Rocky movies 1-23. joking)rather than being enslaved by it. Although Stallone himself admitted at one time that he should have stopped after Rocky 4. personally i'm glad he didn't.
